The IRIS036 (IRIS0136 old part number) is a stylish and robust recess mounting marine camera which can be used for a multitude of applications, from monitoring decks and companionways, engine rooms and bathing platforms to cabins, saloons and cabins. With its compact form factor, the IRIS036 looks at home on luxury craft as well as in commercial boating applications and features a high polish marine grade A316 stainless steel casing. The IRIS036 camera module features a high end sensor delivering crisp analogue video which can be viewed on any chart-plotter or screen with a composite video input and is available in both PAL and NTSC formats.

For a discreet & stylish static camera solution, the IRIS1036 delivers a high end 1000TVL colour camera core in a miniature flush mount housing that has been design especially to offer high quality video & blend in to the boats aesthetic.

With an attractive marine grade 316 bezel available in a choice of high polish (standard) or white powder coat & a heavy smoked dome cover, the camera is small, elegant & unobtrusive. The camera core boasts the highest possible analogue resolution currently available and also features an intuitive integrated on screen menu system to configure set up features such as mirror image, noise reduction and dynamic range settings.

The IRIS1036 can be used internally or externally, as a versatile solution for a back up camera, transom camera, to monitor companion ways and decks and of course as part of an on board security system. Advanced WDR processing helps to provide crisp, clear images even in bright sunshine & in scenes of high contrast & heavy reflection.

Installation of the new IRIS1036 couldn’t be easier. With a 62mm panel cut out we’ve kept drilling to a minimum. When the camera has been screwed into place, simply position the camera as required using the manually adjustable 2 axis gimble mount and lock into place. When you are done, simply screw the decorative bezel into place.

As well as mirror imaging functions (for rear view cameras), the built in menu system allows configuration of Wide Dynamic Range features, Digital Noise Reduction, Back Light Compensation and many more features that give you the power to set the camera up for your application. An in-line plug in joystick controller is available to perform the set up and this hooks in line with the coaxial video cable.
