The interceptor is where the work happens. A vertical blade on the transom drops into the water flow to generate instant lift, reacting 5 to 10 times faster than a hinged trim tab in far less transom space. This is a Series E unit.
The Series E submersible electrical servo unit fits inside the interceptor, where it drives with precision the mechanism that provides linear motion to the interceptor blades. For extended service life, the servo unit has double shaft seals and a precision-ground shaft in special high-grade stainless steel. The unit is fast-acting, durable, calibration free and easy to install or replace. It comes with a rugged 3 m cable with a self-sealing thru-hull fitting.
