The Parker Village Marine Tec (VMT) 33-5100 Pleated Water Filter is engineered for use as a prefilter element in reverse osmosis (RO) watermaker systems. Designed to outperform traditional wound or polyspun cartridges, this pleated filter provides extended service life, improved flow performance, and compact efficiency.

Constructed from durable polypropylene media, the filter is chemically compatible with a wide range of alkalies, most acids, and saline solutions, making it ideal for marine desalination systems. The high packing density design reduces overall cartridge size while maintaining excellent flow rates, helping protect expensive RO membranes from sediment and particulate contamination.

Pliable end caps ensure a tight seal within the housing to eliminate bypass and maintain consistent filtration performance. The cartridge is easily cleaned and reusable, offering cost-effective long-term operation.
