Despite the wider frame, the overall width is the same as its predecessor thanks to the slimline fast-change bearing collar design. This model has been created for XHD loads and structural integrity with a 37mm solid machined shaft, 8mm frame, and 25mm solid frame stiffener. Thanks to the well oversized gearing and motor this unit can easily be fitted to boats to 12m for salt-water use and much larger for freshwater applications.
