Created in 2020 primarily for the North American Market, the new GX2-HD is an even more robust version of the GX2 & suited to boats of 21-30ft (6.5-9m) or more. The GX2-HD has upgraded main shaft, bearings, bearing hubs, and transmission of the mighty GX3 but in the smaller footprint of the GX2. Pulling power? We’ve got you covered. Longevity? Well there has never been a 250mm drum winch like it! If you simply do not have the room for the GX3, the GX2-HD combined with the HSC5x180 or HSC6x120 rope & chain kit will still give you plenty of high breaking strain rode length combined with the high holding, pulling power, and static load rating of a GX3.
The GX™ series have become the new workhorse & standard in perfectly engineered anchoring systems at the right price. Featuring all Australian Made 316 stainless and machined & anodized 6061 T-6 aluminium construction, “Real Italian” transmissions, triple sealed bearings, twin shaft bearing systems, machined slimline ‘fast change’ collars, & an all new emergency release as standard on all models. Motors are once again custom manufactured exclusively for LSM and are pre-rigged with twin leads for easy installation.
