CTM - PM1000A Marine Pump - 115V - 1000 GPH

The CTM PM1000A is an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for applications such as chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and scrubber systems. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 17 gallons per minute at 1 feet, and its maximum head is 27 Feet (or around 11PSI).

The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of Polypropylene, Noryl,  Buna N, Carbon, Ceramic, and Ceramic Magnet.. The inlet connection is 1 inch female pipe thread, and the outlet is 1/2 inch male pipe thread. The standard motor is a 1 Phase 115V 0.125 Horsepower fan cooled motor, which can be run on either 50 or 60 hertz (there are performance differences between the hertz options). The pump is Ignition Protected per SAE J1171 and ISO 8846.  The impeller has a carbon bushing allowing the pump to run dry longer before suffering damage.

Operation

Pumps are not self-priming, lack a suction lift, and thus require a flooded suction. The pump is ignition-protected per SAE J1171 and ISO 8846. Pumps are not recommended to run dry because the impeller requires the liquid being pumped for lubrication. For liquids with a specific gravity greater than water, have a higher viscosity, or for elevated temperatures, a trimmed impeller may be necessary. Electrical

Model is115 Volt and have a 3 ft (0.9 m) Cord. Models have U.L. listed motors, which are rated for continuous duty.
