This tabletop grill can be used on any surface without worrying if it will burn the counter underneath. The compact grill does not emit any residual heat from the bottom or sides of the grill so even the thinnest plastic tablecloth will be safe for use with your grill. A concealed electric element eliminates grease flare-ups while providing a virtually smokeless heat source.
Add liquid to the drip tray to provide an extra level of protection from smoke while imparting the evaporated liquid into the food to infuse the food with flavor which would normally be added by smoke.
