For Texan owners, this means you can have 1 side for grilling and 1 side with a griddle or both sides with a griddle. This cast aluminum griddle is coated with the longest lasting non stick coating available and is the best way to prepare breakfast or anything else that requires a flat surface. To clean, simply take a wet paper towel and a set of tongs after you have finished using and wipe across to loosen any remnants, if that is not enough, after the griddle has cooled it can be placed in the dishwasher and will look like new every time.
