Go Power Solar Flex solar panels are designed to provide a powerful charging solution for boat batteries. Unlike other ‘thin’ products, Solar Flex panels use high-efficiency monocrystalline cells that produce more power per square foot than any other flat panel on the market. 

An impermeable lamination coats the entire module, allowing the Go Power 100W flexible solar panel to flex against curved areas, eliminating any need for a bulky frame. The flat, lightweight module is less than 1/8 inch thick and provides an extremely durable surface. The panel can be affixed by adhesive or screw mounting options and quick-connect MC4 cables are an added bonus for ease-of-installation.

How Does This Go Power Solar Charging Kit Work?



The Flex-100 solar panel absorbs the sun's energy and converts it into DC electricity, and this electricity charges the battery. The battery stores the electricity, similar to a water tank storing water. This battery power may be used at any time to operate DC-powered devices connected to the battery. To increase the battery service life, a solar controller is used to prevent the solar panels from overcharging the batteries.

Everything needed for this process is included in the kit:

• FLEX-100 watt solar panel / module

• 30 Amp PWM solar controller

• 2 lengths of 25' red and black cable

• Connecting screws (should you not wish to use adhesive to secure panel)
