The Next Gen 3.5 kW Marine Diesel Generator is the most compact, low-profile, and quietest 2800 RPM diesel marine generator on the market.
Traditional 2800 RPM generators are often too large and heavy to fit in many small to medium-sized vessels where space is at a premium.
Thanks to its patented design, Next Generation marine generators don't have to resort to the current trend of high-speed 3,600 rpm operation used on smaller gen sets. Running at 2800 RPM ensures quieter performance, more efficiency, and a longer lifespan than 3600 RPM generators.
The Next Gen 3.5 kW Generator uses a Kubota diesel engine, same as used in Cummins Onan and Phasor marine generators. An added sound shield ensures even quieter operation.
Next-Gen generators are manufactured in Jacksonville, FL, USA.

Great 3.5 KW generator. Citimarine was helpful throughout the entire purchase process. Called Next Generation with some questions, and they provided excellent support as well. Like that it runs at 1800 RPM, like the bigger generators.
