My marine heat pump stoped working in late 2023. No one would work on my Marine Air System so i troubleshooted and it was the Control Panel on the wall. Got one in 2024 but still nothing. It was a new series of Passport and although it looked the same, it wasn’t. You have to replace the control board on the unit when you swap the thermostat/control panel. Couldn’t find one or anyone that would even point me somewhere. The end of the 2024 season I called City Marine. They had them and I felt pretty confident it was the right one but called their Customer Service line. He knew exactly what I needed and sold it over the phone. I had it in a week or so. Ten minutes to install and the unit works like new. If I called them first we wouldn’t have cooked all of 2024. Great service and carry the hard to find parts. I won’t go anywhere else in the future.
