Actisense A2K-TDC-6M NMEA 2000 Micro Cable Assembly (6m) provides a reliable, waterproof drop or backbone extension cable with UL-certified construction for safe and compliant NMEA 2000 networking.
The Actisense A2K-TDC-6M is part of the Actisense Lite NMEA 2000 cable range, engineered for quick installation and long-term reliability in demanding marine environments. The cable contains five internal conductors—power, ground, dual signal (data) wires, and a drain wire—within a single waterproof jacket.
The integrated drain wire connects to the cable shield, helping protect power and signal lines from radio frequency interference (RFI) and reducing electromagnetic emissions. This design ensures stable communication across your NMEA 2000 network.
This 6-meter cable can be used as a drop cable from the backbone or to extend the backbone itself. Drop cable length is limited to 6 meters maximum, and total drop length across the network must not exceed 72 meters, in compliance with NMEA 2000 standards.
