Raymarine EV-2 Sensor Core

The EV-2 Sensor Core is designed for the latest drive-by-wire steering system. EV-2 connects directly to Raymarine's SeaTalk ngbus and also features a dedicated CAN Bus port for direct connection to steer-by-wire steering systems like ZF Pod Drives, Volvo IPS* and Teleflex Optimus systems. The single CAN Bus connection to the EV-2 eliminates the need for an ACU, further simplifying installation.(*optional Volvo IPS gateway and additional cabling required)
