The CAT Pumps 1010 is a rugged, high-capacity triplex piston pump designed for long service life, dependable suction performance, and smooth, consistent output. Built with a chrome-plated brass manifold, 304 stainless steel valve assemblies, and chrome-plated stainless steel sleeves and cylinders, this pump delivers exceptional durability in commercial, industrial, agricultural, and marine applications.
The 1010 operates at lower RPM (900 RPM) as part of its belt-drive design, significantly extending piston cup, seal, and bearing life while enhancing inlet suction performance for demanding water systems. Multiple piston cup and seal configurations are available to accommodate a variety of fluids, pressures, and temperature ranges.
This pump is widely used in pressure washing, reverse osmosis, industrial cleaning, hydrostatic testing, and other high-duty applications requiring a reliable, long-running piston pump.
