ACU-200 Control Unit



Specifically designed to complement Type 1 Raymarine Hydraulic, Linear and Rotary Drives, the ACU-200 provides a powerful and secure interface between steering systems and the revolutionary EV-1 course computer and 9-axis sensor.

As a true world-first innovation, the ACU-200 is fully sealed so may be mounted above decks on boats where space is limited.

The rugged ACU (Actuator Control Unit) delivers reliable autopilot drive power and also provides power to the SeaTalkng bus. 

The EV1 Sensor Core

At the center of every Evolution system is the intelligent EV sensor core, a 9-axis sensor that monitors vessel motion in all three dimensions. The innovative EV sensor core combines advanced solid-state sensors with the Evolution autopilot processor into a single easy-to-install housing.

Mount the EV sensor core above or below decks, the rugged enclosure is fully sealed and built to IPX6 and IPX7 waterproofing and submersion standards.

The EV-1 is designed for Evolution mechanical and hydraulic autopilot systems.

SeaTalkng networking enables a single cable connection for power and data to the Evolution ACU (actuator control unit) and extended SeaTalkng and NMEA2000 networks.

Raymarine Type 1 (1.0L) Hydraulic Pump (12V or 24V) To Operate Powerboat Steering

The 1 ltr Hydraulic Pump is intended to operate the boat’s steering mechanism as part of a Raymarine autopilot system. It is primarily designed for use on boats with an existing hydraulic steering system. Alternatively, you can use this pump on a boat with mechanical steering in conjunction with a secondary steering ram.

The hydraulic pump contains a precision gear pump and a check valve driven by a servo motor.

Raymarine Evolution pilots connect to hydraulic steering systems using a rugged hydraulic pump matched to the capacity of the hydraulic steering system.

If your system is hydraulic...

*You'll need to find out the size (in cc) of the hydraulic cylinder ram(s) mounted to the rudder or inboard engine boats, or to the drive unit on outboard engine boats. Your steering system documentation will have this information. This hydraulic pump is for a ram capacity between 80cc - 230 cc (4.9 cubic inch – 14 cubic inch). In some systems with dual steering rams in parallel, cylinder capacity is the total of both rams. Rams in series only require single capacity valve.
